About the Role As a Store Manager with Dr. Martens, you are a confident leader on the sales floor and in operations, driving exceptional customer service, optimizing sales, and coaching the store team. You will help expand Dr. Martens’ footprint in the Americas region while upholding our brand values in every customer interaction.
What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service by leading the sales floor and fostering team selling.
- Elevate customer service by greeting customers, sharing brand knowledge, and seeking to understand their needs.
- Act as a role model to encourage a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure the team is aware of business goals and KPIs and implement a strategy for attaining sales goals.
- Assist in training new sales staff on duties and product knowledge.
