El rol es liderar un equipo de vendedores para garantizar una experiencia omnicanal y promover el crecimiento comercial, gestionando presupuesto, inventario y KPI, al tiempo que se desarrolla el talento humano y se asegura el correcto funcionamiento de la tienda.
What You'll Do
- Commercial: Manage your team of salespeople to guarantee an omnichannel experience for customers; ensure profitability of your department, write and apply action plans to reach objectives; ensure merchandise is received and displayed according to our guidelines; build and meet the annual sales budget; manage department indicators (productivity, margin, inventory, etc).
- Human: Mentor and develop team members following Decathlon's personnel management policy; recruit and integrate top talent in alignment with internal policy; ensure administrative management of the team; pre-plan team schedules in line with sales forecast.
- Operations: Effectively perform store operational duties (opening/closing, cash handling, loss prevention, merchandise flows, etc); contribute to the safety of the team, customers and store.
What We're Looking For
- Has completed higher education studies.
- Active practitioner of some sport.
- Goal-oriented and results-driven.
- Proactive and solution-oriented.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Passion for customer service and sales.
- Availability 100% on weekends (retail requirement).
- Basic Google Workspace skills (Docs, Slides, Sheets).
