Your Opportunity

As Store Manager at Louis Vuitton Crown Melbourne, you will lead one of our most dynamic stores in Australia. Set within Melbourne’s premier integrated resort and entertainment destination on the Southbank precinct, the store welcomes a constantly changing flow of local, interstate and international visitors, alongside some of our most valued high-value clients. The pace is energetic, the clientele is discerning, and the opportunity to build lasting client relationships is exceptional. This role offers the chance to shape the store’s success, inspire your team, and deliver extraordinary client experiences in a truly vibrant, high-profile setting.

Job responsibilities

Business Leadership

• Lead the development and execution of a business strategy that delivers commercial success while elevating the Louis Vuitton client experience.
• Analyse performance trends, identify opportunities for growth, and implement initiatives that drive sales and strengthen brand presence.
• Build meaningful, long-term relationships with high-value clients, ensuring every interaction reflects the Maison’s values of excellence and care.
• Stay connected to the Melbourne market and the destination’s visitor profile, anticipating evolving trends and opportunities.

Team Development

• Lead, inspire, and develop a diverse and high-performing team that shares your passion for delivering world-class client experiences.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive environment where creativity and individuality are encouraged.
• Provide ongoing coaching and career development, empowering each team member to reach their potential.

Operational Excellence

• Oversee day-to-day operations in a high-traffic, fast-moving environment, ensuring the store runs smoothly and maintains the highest brand standards.
• Drive profitability by managing budgets, stock levels, and visual presentation to perfection.
• Champion an omnichannel mindset, ensuring clients experience seamless service across all touchpoints.

You are an experienced and inspirational retail leader with a strong track record in driving business performance within the luxury or premium retail environment. You thrive in a dynamic, high-energy setting and have a genuine passion for people, fashion, and creating memorable experiences for high-value clients.
