Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Store Manager to lead our retail operations in Abuja.

In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving sales, revenue, and profit targets, while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Your duties will include managing stock and inventory, overseeing store finances, and leading a high-performing team.

This position requires a minimum of 5 years of managerial experience, a strong sales and customer service mindset, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ managerial experience managing a store or similar business operation.
• Proven experience in a target-driven environment.
• Strong sales and customer service mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong Excel and administrative skills.
• Good financial understanding and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage processes, controls, and multiple priorities.
• Willingness to learn ERP and other business software.
