Job title: Store Manager
About the Role The Store Manager will lead the Burberry store in Atlanta, owning the employee and customer experience, driving brand loyalty and delivering exceptional commercial results with a focus on operational excellence and on-floor leadership. This role embodies Burberry behaviours and champions the brand across the team.
What You'll Do
- Be on the shop floor on-brand ambassador, role modelling Burberry behaviours, and inspiring the team
- Monitor, coach and provide feedback to deliver an excellent customer experience
- Maintain a luxury environment and ensure Visual Merchandising guidelines are followed
- Drive the use of digital assets to enhance the customer experience
- Retain and develop talent, leading a high-performing team with recruitment, staff development, mobility and succession planning
- Establish a learning culture and maintain connection of the team to the Brand
- Possess excellent product knowledge and drive the same standard across the team
- Understand product sales performance and optimise inventory sales
- Nurture customer relationships and build long-term loyalty
- Drive store performance and productivity; maintain awareness of local customers, competitors and talent
- Maintain a commercial mindset and identify opportunities to improve store performance
- Drive operational excellence and ensure compliance with corporate standards and health and safety requirements
- Ensure a written emergency evacuation plan is in place and practiced at least annually; record completion

- Retail Management experience appropriate to the role (sales turnover/volume and teams managed)
