About the Role Burberry is seeking a Store Manager for the Aventura, FL store to lead the team, own the employee and customer experiences, and drive performance and brand execution. You will be responsible for inspiring the team, maintaining luxury standards, and delivering exceptional service aligned with Burberry's brand vision.

What You'll Do

• Establish a constant focus on Brand, continually driving engagement, knowledge and passion for the Brand across the store team
• Be on the shop floor, acting as a brand ambassador and role modelling Burberry behaviours
• Monitor, coach and provide feedback to deliver an excellent customer experience
• Maintain a luxury environment; ensure execution and maintenance of Visual Merchandising guidelines
• Drive the use of digital assets to enhance the customer experience
• Retain, develop and lead a high-performing store team; recruit, develop and plan succession
• Establish a learning culture and connect the team to the Brand; develop product knowledge
• Understand product sales performance and optimise inventory turnover
• Nurture customer relationships and build long-term loyalty
• Drive store performance and productivity; monitor environment, competitors and local talent
• Maintain a commercial mindset; identify and convert opportunities to drive performance
• Drive operational excellence; ensure compliance with corporate standards and initiatives, including Health and Safety
• Maintain a written emergency evacuation plan and practice annually

• Retail Management experience appropriate to the role; metrics include sales turnover and volume and teams previously managed

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $31.00 - $33.00 per hour (USD)
• Base salary may be supplemented by commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and company-sponsored benefits
• This position is at-will and Burberry reserves the right to modify compensation and benefits
