REQUISITOS:
- Escolaridad mínima indispensable: Bachillerato Concluido Licenciatura trunca.
- Excelente presentación
- Experiencia en Boutique o Outlet de prestigio mínima 2 años; lidereando equipos de trabajo, encargado de la administración
ACTIVIDADES A DESARROLLAR:
- Excelente gestión y dominio de proceso de inventarios
- Excelente Atención al cliente
- Atención personalizada con el cliente, resolución de conflictos
- Recibo de mercancía
- Gestionar el producto en su globalidad, como pedidos, almacén, etc.
- Gestionar el equipo y controlar procesos (selección, vacaciones, control de horarios, resolución de conflictos)
- Actividades administrativas, cierre y apertura de PDV (terminales, cortes, envió de reportes)
- Creación de estrategias de ventas
- Coaching y supervisión de personal
- Análisis de KPI´S
