About the Role
The Amorino Store Manager leads the store and the people who work there, ensuring operational excellence, exceptional customer service, and adherence to Amorino standards. The role includes planning schedules, interviewing and hiring, coordinating and disciplining staff, and maintaining stock, cleanliness, and proper store upkeep.
What You'll Do
- Provide training to all employees on the Amorino Know-how and standard procedures, and ongoing training on products, promotions and policies.
- Supervise and coordinate the duties and daily tasks of the team; monitor service quality, product presentation, store maintenance, and sanitation.
- Oversee and rectify the team members’ ability to serve the correct amounts of product and ensure accurate presentation, efficiency and quality of customer service, store maintenance and sanitation; check regularly all invoices, costs and personnel/payroll related administrative duties.
- Manage all contacts with suppliers in case of absence of the store owner.
- Cooperate in planning a store budget; care for all KPIs the management sets to achieve sales, profitability, store management, and cost control.
- Complete or delegate weekly frozen and dry goods inventory; place dry and frozen goods orders according to store needs, season and owner guidelines.
- Supervise daily cash management functions; complete, check and renew templates regarding products’ traceability/cleaning, machinery maintenance and cleaning, stores area cleanliness and general maintenance.
- Manage posters and signs placement in the store according to Amorino guidelines; control and ensure correct and balanced gelato and stock turnover by regularly tracking gelato servings per employee with the scale.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in store management or leadership roles; strong customer service orientation.
- Proven leadership and excellent communication skills; ability to train and develop staff.
- Ability to plan and manage schedules, budgets, inventory, and KPI tracking; strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of cash handling, invoicing, and payroll-related administrative duties is a plus.
- Experience with supplier relations, procurement, inventory control, and sanitation standards.
- Ability to work onsite in Paris and maintain attention to detail.
