Job title: Store Manager
About the Role The Amorino Store Manager oversees store operations, staff management, and the daily running of the shop to ensure excellent customer service, product quality, and store presentation. The role includes scheduling, training, inventory, budgeting, and coordinating with suppliers to maintain smooth operations.
What You'll Do
- Provide training to all employees on Amorino Know-how and standard procedures; ensure ongoing training regarding new and existing products, promotions and policies.
- Supervise and coordinate duties and daily tasks among team members; oversee and rectify their ability to serve correct amounts, product presentation, efficiency and quality of customer service, store maintenance and sanitation.
- Check regularly invoices, costs and personnel/payroll administrative duties.
- Manage contacts with suppliers in case of absence of store owner; coordinate with owner.
- Plan store budget cooperatively with management.
- Monitor KPIs focused on sales, profitability, store management, and cost management.
- Complete or delegate weekly frozen and dry goods inventory.
- Place dry and frozen goods orders according to store needs, season and owner guidelines.
- Supervise daily cash management.
- Complete, check and renew templates regarding products’ traceability/cleaning, machinery maintenance and cleaning, stores area cleanliness and general maintenance.
- Manage posters and signs placement in store according to Amorino guidelines.
- Control gelato and stock turnover by tracking servings per employee with the scale.
What We're Looking For
- Customer service orientation and strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in supervising and training staff, with ability to develop and motivate a team.
- Strong organizational, budgeting and inventory management abilities.
- Ability to manage cash handling and daily financial processes.
- Familiarity with supplier coordination and vendor relationships.
- Based in Paris, France; available to start as soon as possible.
