Store Manager
This role is for an experienced Store Manager or matrix concessions leader to live and work onboard at sea for extended deployments (4-6 months) with periodic breaks at home; you will lead retail teams and drive commercial performance while coaching and developing colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Lead retail teams and whole stores, creating high standards of performance built through trust and clarity.
- Lead as a matrix concessions leader where relevant, balancing commercial targets with team development.
- Build and sustain strong sales cultures while delivering coaching and development to colleagues.
- Make sound decisions in dynamic and changing environments, showing adaptability and resilience.
- Live and work onboard at sea for 4-6 month deployments, followed by 1-2 month breaks at home.
