About the Role Join ALDI as a Store Associate in Seminole, FL. You’ll help keep the store stocked, merchandised, and clean while delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll work with the ALDI team to ensure a great shopping experience through cashiering, stocking, and curbside pickup support. What You'll Do
- Merchandise and stock products and displays neatly, following merchandising planograms to maximize sales.
- Use the point-of-sale (POS) system to scan and process purchases, inform management of scanning concerns or errors, and adhere to cash policies.
- Follow the line policy and help open additional check lanes as required to ensure an efficient checkout.
- Complete curbside pickup orders by retrieving items, verifying contents, and delivering to customers' vehicles.
- Maintain zone standards and merchandising standards at all times.
- Inform store management of loss due to outdated or damaged products.

- Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Strong customer-service mindset and ability to work collaboratively with the ALDI team.
- Ability to use the POS system and follow cash policies and procedures.
- Ability to follow merchandising planograms and maintain display standards.
- Willingness to support curbside pickup and other store operations. Compensation & Benefits
- Starting wage: $18.00 per hour. Wage increases: Year 2 - $18.50; Year 3 - $19.00; Year 4 - $19.00; Year 5 - $20.00.
- Average hours: 30+ per week.
