About the Role
Join HCL Technologies as a Storage Engineer focused on managing EMC POWERMAX, VMAX, VMAX 3, VPLEX, EMC Unity, VNX and NetApp storage arrays in heterogeneous OS environments. This role also encompasses VMware storage integration (vSAN/NSX), SAN fabric management across datacenters, and performance optimization with disaster recovery capabilities. What You'll Do
-
Manage EMC POWERMAX, VMAX, VMAX 3, VPLEX, EMC Unity, VNX, and NetApp storage arrays in heterogeneous OS environments.

Expertise in vSAN and NSX VMware.

Perform performance analysis and develop optimization plans.

Manage Brocade SAN switches-based complex SAN fabric extending across datacenters with multiple VSANs.

Hands-on with storage & fabric management tools – EMC ViPR, EMC Unisphere, Solution Enabler/SYMCLI, NetApp OnCommand Manager.

EMC ViPR SRM and Controller SDDC.

Good exposure to monitoring tools like Patrol, BEM, BPPM is highly recommended.

Understand & implement storage DR technologies – EMC SRDF, RecoverPoint, Datastore Mobility, NetApp SnapMirror.

Troubleshoot storage access & performance issues.

Handle multiple complex recovery scenarios in large environments. What We're Looking For
