About the Role Stockroom Associates share in the overall responsibility for shipping and receiving merchandise, maintaining an organized stock/off-site storage area, and processing merchandise as "floor ready". This role helps drive sales by upholding high customer service standards, maintaining store appearance, and keeping merchandise stocked to the appropriate levels on the sales floor. What You'll Do
- Receive and ship merchandise, including HUB processing, 3rd party deliveries, and Special Orders
- Maintain an organized stockroom/off-site area
- Maximize sales by ensuring merchandise styles and sizes are well represented on the sales floor
- Maintain visual presentation standards that align with division philosophy and direction when placing/restocking merchandise on the sales floor
- Maintain appropriate sales floor inventory levels
- Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills
- Develop proficiency in all operational policies and procedures
- Manage time and prioritize tasks
- Support inventory/shrinkage initiatives and keep stockroom organized What We're Looking For
- Retail background preferred; previous management experience
- Ability to build relationships with customers
- Excellent interpersonal skills
