Purpose and overall relevance for the organization: Contributes to achieving or exceeding sales figures and KPI targets by living the brand values and performing store processes diligently.

Responsibilities

• Inbound goods: check deliveries for completeness according to the packing slips and take sales-preparatory actions
• Responsible for store warehouse management (proper storage of goods with price labeling and stock keeping)
• Prepare goods (unpacking, securing, labeling, ironing)
• Conduct inventories
• Know store goals and individual targets and actively work to achieve or exceed them using all store resources
• Maintain an appealing, pleasant environment for customers, keeping order and cleanliness
• Follow store rules and procedures (SOM regulations) to maintain a safe shopping and working atmosphere
• Work productively and respectfully with team members to achieve or exceed store goals
• Complete all required training programs and apply them successfully in work
• Always ready to support other team members when needed
• Demonstrate ongoing willingness to learn and use available opportunities to advance development and improve performance
• Click & Collect (where applicable): monitor and oversee new online orders to be reserved, packed, and handed to customers
• Ship from Store: comply with the 5-hour packing deadline after order arrival in Omnihub; properly pack customer orders per guidelines
• Maintain transfer lists; accurately process monthly B2DC transfers; meet transfer deadlines
• Daily/weekly returns management of customer orders C&C; prepare goods for transfers
• Processing of returns in-store

• Familiarity with RP expectations

Required education and experience / minimum requirements:

• 0-3 years of experience in warehousing; preferably in sports and/or fashion retail

• Training as a warehouse specialist desirable

• Good German skills

• Basic spelling and arithmetic skills, communication ability
