Job Description
- We are looking for a diligent and organized Stock Receiving Officer to receive, inspect, document, and verify incoming goods while ensuring accurate inventory records and proper stock handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming goods and deliveries.
- Verify quantities, specifications, and quality against invoices and delivery notes.
- Identify and report damaged, missing, or incorrect items.
- Record received goods accurately into the inventory system or stock register.
- Ensure proper labeling, arrangement, and storage of received items.
- Maintain accurate receiving records and documentation.
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams on discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with stock receiving procedures.
Requirements

Minimum of SSCE; OND or equivalent is an added advantage.

Previous experience in stock receiving, inventory, or warehouse operations is an advantage.

Basic computer skills and numerical proficiency.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to maintain accurate records and work efficiently.

Willingness to resume work by 7:00 AM daily.
