Job Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Stock & Inventory officer to oversee inventory operations and ensure accurate stock management.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records
- Track stock movement, receipts, transfers, and dispatches
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations
- Identify stock discrepancies, losses, damages, and shortages
- Ensure proper storage and organisation of inventory
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment
- Prepare regular inventory and stock reports
- Implement effective inventory control procedures
- Ensure compliance with company stock management policies
Requirements
- Minimum of HND / B.Sc. in Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in stock/inventory management
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping ability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems
- Ability to identify and resolve stock discrepancies
- Strong organisational and communication skills
