Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms before arrival and after departure.
- Make beds, replace linens, towels, and guest amenities.
- Dust, vacuum, mop floors, and sanitize bathrooms.
- Maintain cleanliness of reception areas, lounges, dining areas, kitchens, and other common spaces.
Facility Inspection:
- Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and functionality.
- Report maintenance defects such as faulty plumbing, electrical issues, damaged furniture, or air conditioning failures.
- Follow up on reported maintenance issues to ensure timely resolution.
Inventory Management:
- Monitor housekeeping supplies and guest amenities.
- Maintain proper inventory records for linens, toiletries, and cleaning.
