Lavar / limpiar los platos, ollas y utensilios de cocina. Mantener las áreas de la cocina limpias y organizadas, garantizando las condiciones de higiene y limpieza requeridas, para satisfacer las necesidades de los clientes, con el fin de ofrecerles una experiencia única e inolvidable, en línea con la cultura de servicios Accor.
Requisitos
- Curso Manipulación de Alimentos (Mínimo 10 horas) - Obligatorio
- Cursos de cocina nacional e internacional. - Opcional
- Normas de higiene y manipulación de alimentos.
- Manejo de utensilios y equipos de cocina.
- Registro de formatos y control de calidad.
- Limpieza y orden.
- Responsabilidad y disciplina.
- Trabajo en equipo
- Comunicación y reporte
