About the Role PUMA offers an in-house leadership development program, including the Stepping into Leadership training, designed for first-time managers and employees transitioning into leadership roles. This program focuses on moving from managing tasks to leading people, building core skills such as goal setting, delegation, and effective feedback, through interactive formats, simulations and real PUMA business scenarios to drive performance.
What You'll Do
- Participate in the Stepping into Leadership program to understand different leadership styles and people management techniques.
- Apply learning to real PUMA business scenarios and confidently lead teams with a practical toolkit.
- Engage in interactive trainings, simulations and exercises to develop goal setting, delegation, feedback and other leadership capabilities.
- Collaborate with mentors and peers to apply development across fast-paced, high-performance environments.
