Job Summary/Basic Function:
The STEM Educational Aide at the elementary level plays a vital role in supporting both students and educators by reinforcing instructional goals, managing classroom activities, and contributing to a positive and productive learning environment. This position includes assisting with lesson delivery, supporting student behavior and engagement, and helping with classroom logistics and organization. The position is a school year only, while students are in session.
