STEM Aspire is an inclusive mentoring program that connects students studying STEM with mentors from Dell Technologies Slovakia. It’s an accessible, supportive space where everyone can grow and be empowered to pursue a fulfilling career in technology.

Our mission is to advance equal opportunities and support students in STEM to graduate and thrive in the tech sector.

The program runs from mid-November to April and includes:

• Monthly 1:1 online sessions with a mentor from Dell Technologies focused on developing soft and hard skills tailored to your goals
• Team activities (e.g. presentation skills, personal branding, career opportunities at Dell, department overviews, etc.)
• Networking with inspiring Dell professionals and fellow students
• The program is free of charge and requires a time commitment of approx. 5 hours per month
