Job title: Stellvertreter/-in der Fachteamleitung
In dieser Position agieren Sie als Stellvertreter/-in der Fachteamleitung und übernehmen fachliche Führung sowie Personalthemen wie die Schichtplanung. Sie koordinieren Wareneingangs-, Inprozess- und Endprüfungen und steuern zentrale Dokumentation sowie Reklamationsbearbeitung.
Was Sie tun werden:
- act as deputy to the Fachteamleitung and provide technical leadership as well as personnel topics such as shift planning
- coordinate organization and monitoring of incoming, in-process, and final inspections
- centrally manage documents and handle complaints
- support day-to-day activities with visual inspections and electrical/mechanical functional tests
- evaluate deviations to optimize the QA process and implement new measures
- serve as contact for preparation and execution of batch releases
Was wir suchen:
- completed technician/bachelor and relevant experience in quality assurance
- first experience in technical shift leadership with a technical background
- strong organizational talent, communication skills, and a motivating work style
- familiarity with electrical and mechanical test setups, SAP, and common standards
