About the Role Static equipment engineering support for Pressure Vessels and Heat Exchangers across ExxonMobil projects and operating assets in Bangalore. This role provides technical leadership, conducts evaluations, and helps ensure safe, reliable, and compliant operation of critical equipment. What You'll Do
- Supports static equipment engineering needs across ExxonMobil projects and/or producing/manufacturing operations organization.
- Stewardship of engineering support center service quality, effectiveness, and efficiency.
- Technical leadership (formal or informal) in projects and/or producing/manufacturing operations.
- Applies broad technical and business skills to solve complex problems.
- Conducts detailed technical evaluations to address issues with equipment and system design, operation and maintenance.
- Provides engineering expertise for Root Cause Failure Analysis.
- Reviews project and contractor deliverables to ensure compliance with project specifications, Design Practices, Static Equipment Toolkit guidance, and best practices. What We're Looking For
- Experience in static equipment engineering, especially pressure vessels and heat exchangers.
- Ability to provide technical leadership in projects and/or manufacturing operations.
- Strong problem-solving using broad technical and business skills.
- Experience conducting detailed technical evaluations and Root Cause Failure Analysis.
- Capability to review contractor deliverables for compliance with project specs and engineering standards.
