Assist NYSIC staff in applying AI-enabled tools to criminal intelligence, counterterrorism, cyber, critical infrastructure, UAS/C-UAS, elections, and other public-safety intelligence missions.
Develop and use AI-supported workflows for report summarization, entity resolution, link analysis, timeline generation, information prioritization, and comparison of current activity against historical patterns.
Monitor the malicious use of artificial intelligence, including deepfakes, synthetic media, AI-enabled fraud, social engineering, cyber activity, influence operations, and other emerging threats.
Evaluate AI-generated analytical outputs for accuracy, reliability, bias, and relevance prior to incorporation into intelligence products or investigative support.
Assist in the testing, evaluation, and implementation of AI-enabled intelligence platforms, analytical tools, and emerging technologies.
Support the integration and analysis of authorized data sources, including criminal intelligence, LPR data, BOLOs, open-source information, cyber indicators, UAS detections, critical infrastructure reporting, and partner intelligence into AI-enabled platforms.
