About the Role The State and Local Government Manager will lead client engagements focused on labor exchange systems, workforce case management transformation, and service delivery improvement for state workforce agencies. This senior delivery leadership role involves owning workstreams, guiding junior staff, and shaping modernization strategy for federal and state workforce programs.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of workforce development modernization engagements for state labor and workforce agencies.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on labor exchange systems, workforce case management, and American Job Center operations.
- Develop and present strategic recommendations, modernization roadmaps, and business cases to state agency leadership.
- Manage project teams, timelines, budgets, and quality of deliverables.
- Support business development.
