About the Role

Senior Maintenance Technician (m/f/x) at Solventum will ensure production equipment runs reliably and safely. You will lead inspections, perform maintenance and upgrades, diagnose issues, and collaborate with diverse teams to minimize downtime and improve performance. What You'll Do

• Conduct condition assessments and routine maintenance of production machines (mechanical, pneumatic, automatic, electrical).

• Implement improvements and identify/wipe weak points on machines.

• Define and realize upgrades; train operators on proper usage of machines.

• Report work according to internal systems and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Maintain, service, repair, adjust, inspect production equipment in mechanical, pneumatic, automation, and electrical domains. What We're Looking For

• Technical or secondary education with a technical profile (mechatronics, automation, electrical, machining).

• Basic ability to read technical documentation.

• Basic knowledge of PLCs, PanelView, and inverters; knowledge of technical drawings and AutoCAD.

• Experience as Maintenance Technician or similar role performing repairs or overhauls.

• Analytical thinking and teamwork; good organizational skills; willingness to engage and work independently.

• Basic knowledge of mechanics and machine construction; diagnostic/repair activities in automation, mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

• Basic English for working with technical documentation. Nice to Have

• SEP certificates (qualifications) would be an advantage.

• Additional PLC/automation experience and proficiency with engineering drawings. Compensation & Benefits
