About the Role
This role focuses on supporting Luno's staking ecosystem, enabling users to stake crypto and earn rewards through the Luno app. You will contribute to a secure, flexible staking experience that keeps users in control and their assets in custody. What You'll Do

Promote and support the Passive Earn staking program, including how rewards are calculated and paid weekly.

Facilitate staking wallet creation in the Luno app and guide users through staking their crypto.

Help users decide how much to stake and support onboarding to start earning rewards.

Emphasize security and custody by ensuring crypto stays within Luno's trusted platform.

Educate users on the simple, step-by-step staking process: create a staking wallet, put in crypto, start earning. What We're Looking For

Understanding of crypto staking concepts and a user-first mindset for onboarding and education.

Ability to clearly communicate staking steps and benefits (automatic weekly rewards, flexible terms).

Attention to security and risk-aware thinking when handling user assets.

Interest in fintech and cryptocurrency products; experience with user guidance is a plus. Nice to Have

Familiarity with Luno's platform and staking features.
