Staging Center Technician

Staging Center Technician is responsible for receiving, preparing, configuring, testing, tracking, and shipping IT equipment and technology assets to support customer deployments and service operations. This role ensures devices are accurately staged, imaged, inventoried, packaged, and documented according to company standards while maintaining a secure and organized staging environment.

The technician works closely with field support teams, project managers, asset management teams, and logistics personnel to ensure technology deployments are delivered on time and meet quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Device Preparation & Configuration
• Configure, image, and stage network devices, servers and peripheral equipment.
• Install operating systems, software applications, security tools, and required updates.
