About the Role Join Belfius' Talent Strategy Office to help redefine the Young Professionals (YP) journey. As an intern, you will actively contribute to several structuring projects aimed at improving the experience and development of Young Professionals. What You'll Do
- Contribute to the setup and improvement of the Young Professionals program.
- Help plan and organize the Young Pro Week (coordination, content, participant experience).
- Contribute to the development of a YP training strategy.
- Help structure a YP coaching framework to support the development of Young Professionals.
- Support HR projects by tracking and coordinating various initiatives related to the YP program. What We're Looking For
- Pursuing a master's degree, ideally in HR, management, business, or communications.
- Trilingual (French, Dutch, English).
- Proactive, organized, and able to take initiative.
- Interest in project management, talent development, and training programs.
- Enjoy working in a team and coordinating multiple projects. Nice to Have
- Optional: Experience in project coordination or HR projects; willingness to take initiative and learn quickly. Compensation & Benefits
