About the Role Six-month internship in Baker McKenzie’s Real Estate group in Paris, joining a multidisciplinary, human-sized team that serves international corporate clients and investors, with expertise in complex real estate structures and multi‑jurisdictional coordination. What You'll Do
- Participate in the daily management of client issues and coordination of transactions and multi-jurisdictional operations
- Conduct technical research
- Contribute to due diligences/audit reports
- Assist lawyers in preparing closings and, more generally, participate in the execution of sale, acquisition, financing and asset management operations (e.g., commercial leases) for our clients
- Draft notes, memos, contracts and reports
- Monitor developments affecting our activity in areas such as corporate law, civil law, and real estate law What We're Looking For
- Higher education with pre-CAPA, business school or Grandes Écoles, complemented by a Master 2 in Business Law or Real Estate Law
- Excellent command of legal English, both written and spoken
- Demonstrated during prior internships strong theoretical and practical knowledge of legal issues
- Excellent interpersonal skills, team-oriented, and rigorous
- Studies abroad (LL.M./MBA) would be a plus Nice to Have
