Job title: Stagiaire Celebrity Talent & Entertainment
About the Role The Cartier Celebrity Talent & Entertainment internship supports the international celebrity team in coordinating jewelry, watch and accessory requests for red carpet and brand events. Based in Paris, the six-month program starting January 2027 offers hybrid work and exposure to high-profile productions, with a starting remuneration of €1,300 gross per month.
What You'll Do
- Celebrity Coordination: Support organization and coordination of all jewelry, watch and accessory requests for celebrities during red carpet and brand events.
- Travel & Production Logistics: Coordinate travel and product logistics for talent during production days for Cartier campaign shoots.
- Communications & Security: Handle communication with boutiques/security and other internal departments during celebrity dressings; act as main point of contact for jewelry security during Cartier events.
- Event Logistics: Assist in all celebrity logistics for brand events (booking flights, hotels, cars, hair and makeup artists, etc.).
- Onsite Support: Manage onsite needs of the Talent and Entertainment team for offsite activities when needed.
- Internal & External Support: Centralize materials relating to ambassadors and talents (biographies, images, gifting tracker, budget); help compile celebrity target lists.
- Event Recaps & Talent Archives: Spearhead creation of event recaps and manage a talent photo archive.
- Talent Outreach: Suggest and introduce the brand to new and emerging talent.
- Brand Content & Press Interface: Liaise with agents and brand content team for image approvals; coordinate with Press and Digital teams on celebrity exposure and social communications; oversee press release distribution for celebrity dressings.
- Industry Monitoring: Monitor industry events and trends.
What We're Looking For
- A student in business or communications or equivalent program.
- Meticulous with strong organizational, deductive, project management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage stress, curiosity and pro-activity; dynamic, responsive with team spirit; proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in written and spoken French and English.

Compensation & Benefits
- Remuneration: from €1,300 gross per month depending on level of studies.
