About the Role This internship at Cartier, part of Richemont, offers an international experience in the International VIP Experience department. You will support the implementation of in-store VIP experiences and gifting, collaborating with external partners, internal teams, and overseas affiliates throughout the duration of the internship. What You'll Do
- NETWORK ANIMATION: Analyse competition on cross-team VIP projects (events, experiences, gifts, transport, hospitality); compile, analyse and recommend; deploy experiences in boutiques across markets and local celebrations.
- GIFTING: Before events – create guidelines, search for inspiration, briefs for gift development; propose gifts in collaboration with internal teams (marketing, CRM, creative studio); present concepts for validation and participate in development from start to finish. During events – coordinate logistics of welcome packs: briefing, ordering, operational management with agencies and market reporting. After events – analyse gifts offered by local teams; manage gift shoots; collect feedback and compile RETEX. What We're Looking For
- Student in business school / IAE / hotel school seeking a final-year internship; first luxury/hospitality experience is a plus.
- Rigour and strong organisational skills; good interpersonal skills with discretion; resilience under stress; ability to manage priorities; team-oriented.
- Fluency in English (90% of communications in English) and French fluency both spoken and written.
- Excellent command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Photoshop is a plus.
- Motivation to work in a dynamic, fast-changing environment. Nice to Have

- Gratification starting from 1300€ gross per month (depends on level of studies).
