About the Role Join Service Operations & Technology as an intern focused on Health & Safety (Preventieadviseur). You will help optimize the working environment and wellbeing processes under the guidance of H&S experts, aiming to strengthen safety, compliance, and overall wellbeing across the organization. What You'll Do
- Work on the optimization of the working environment, wellbeing processes and procedures under the guidance of the H&S experts.
- Perform assignments and tasks in accordance with welfare legislation and the organization’s wellbeing policy.
- Guide employees and managers in optimizing a safer working environment.
- Be comfortable addressing safety topics with people, including both positive and negative feedback. What We're Looking For
- In opleiding for the certificate ‘Preventieadviseur niveau 1 of 2’.
- Team player with a hands-on mindset and pragmatic approach.
- Clear communicator and inspiring personality.
- Analytically and organizationally strong.
- Passion for prevention; safety is more than a job.
- Good command of English and proficient with standard software packages. Nice to Have
