About the Role Join Volvo Trucks Gent as a Stagiair Events & Company Visits Coordinator in a small but passionate communications team. You will organize site visits, manage practical arrangements, handle internal communications about visitors, and help design and run internal events to showcase Volvo's culture and factory operations.
What You'll Do
- Organize site visits and manage all practical arrangements surrounding them
- Coordinate internal communications so employees know who is visiting
- Create and tailor company presentations for each visit in line with Volvo's look and feel
- Assist in brainstorming and organizing internal events
- Collaborate with other departments for practical event planning and execution
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication skills, customer-oriented mindset and exceptional organizational talent
- Attention to detail and proactive mindset
- Interest in how the communications department operates within an international company
- Proficiency in PowerPoint to visually shape messages
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves, be hands-on and a team player
Nice to Have
- Experience with PowerPoint and visual storytelling but not mandatory beyond the above
