About the Role Live Nation Stagehand in Fort Worth, TX. This role supports the load-in and load-out of band equipment and rental gear, cable management, and assists the audio and lighting crews as directed. You will help with band set changes, communicate event details to the production team, and handle banners and signage. The position also maintains stage equipment, backline, curtains, drapes, risers, and other staging items, and supports Special Events as needed while keeping the venue clean and safe.
What You'll Do
- Perform load-in and load-out of band equipment and rental gear, including cabling, and assist audio & lighting crews as directed
- Ensure band members have required items needed to perform the show(s) and coordinate with the production team
- Communicate the details of the evening's event to the production crew
- Hang show banners, update marquees and other signage in the venue
- Assist lighting & audio crews as directed by the Stage Manager or PM; operate spotlight if required
- Maintain and repair sound, light and stage equipment; maintain house backline and supplies
- Maintain curtains, drapes, risers and other staging items
- Assist audio crew with stands, microphones, cables, etc.; assist lighting crew with fixtures, lamps, gels, cabling, etc.
- Operate and care for stage areas in a safe, clean manner
- Assist with any Special Events operations
- Ensure stage trash is taken out; stage swept or set up for next show when possible
What We're Looking For
- 3 years minimum Tour and Stage Production experience
- Experience in stage lighting, pro audio systems and basic video systems
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency with all Microsoft applications
- Must possess superior interpersonal communication and organizational skills
- High School Diploma
Nice to Have
