About the Role Stagehand Leader at Paradise Rock Club supports load-in/out and setup for band performances. This role partners with the audio, lighting, and stage management teams to ensure gear and backline are ready, secure, and safe backstage and on stage.
What You'll Do
- Performs the load-in and load-out of band equipment and rental gear
- Cabling; assist audio & lighting crew as directed
- Ensure that members of the bands have required items needed to perform the show
- Assist lighting & audio crews as directed by Stage Manager or PM
- May assist the Stage Manager with show passes
- Maintain and secure house backline and supplies
- Maintain curtains, drapes, risers and other staging items
- Assist audio crew with stands, microphones, cables, etc.
- Assist lighting crew with fixtures, lamps, cabling, etc.
