Job title: Stagehand - Fillmore Minneapolis
About the Role Stagehand at the Fillmore Minneapolis supports load-in/out, gear handling, and coordination with the production crew to ensure smooth shows. This role is on-site and involves hands-on setup and execution of band and event logistics.
What You'll Do
- Perform load-in and load-out of band equipment and rental gear under stage management direction.
- Secure passes and tickets and prepare guest lists as directed by the Stage Manager.
- Cabling; assist audio and lighting crews as directed; support band set changes.
- Ensure band members have required items to perform and communicate event details to production staff.
- Hang show banners, update marquees and signage in the venue.
- Assist lighting and audio crews; operate spotlight if required; may assist with show passes.
- Maintain and secure house backline and supplies; manage curtains, drapes, risers, and other staging items.
- Assist with stands, microphones, cables, and other audio gear; assist with lighting fixtures, lamps, cabling, etc.
- Operate and maintain stage areas safely and keep things clean; assist with special events.
- Ensure stage trash is removed and the stage is swept/ready for next show when possible.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in stage lighting, pro audio systems and basic video systems.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Superior interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
- High School Diploma.
