About the Role The Stage Manager assists the venue Production Manager on day-of-show production needs. They manage and oversee the load in, show, and load out while working with the tour to ensure a successful show, all while maintaining venue safety and standards. They may also manage stagehands and delegate venue production tasks, and assist venue audio and lighting technicians as needed. What You'll Do
- Communicate the details of the evening’s event to the production crew and all relevant in-house departments.
- Manage members of the production crew and stagehands.
- Ensure that the tour has the items needed to perform the show(s).
- Work with touring Stage Manager and/or Production Manager to ensure a successful load in, show, and load out.
- Supervise the load-in and load-out of band equipment and rental equipment.
- Assist with venue audio and lighting technicians as needed. What We're Looking For
