About the Role Stage to support the Air France KLM Group Compliance team on anti corruption, business ethics, international sanctions and export controls. You will contribute to policy updates, procedure implementation and cross functional projects to ensure regulatory compliance. What You'll Do
- Update and implement the group's compliance policies
- Help establish or strengthen procedures, particularly based on the results of the corruption risk mapping
- Assist in preparing and deploying sanctions/export controls risk mapping
- Participate in third party verification and evaluation activities (compliance questionnaires, analysis of screening tool outputs)
- Advise operational teams on compliance issues
- Review, draft and translate contractual clauses
- Conduct legal monitoring and draft notes and practical sheets
- Support reporting activities
- Prepare, deploy and monitor awareness and training for employees on applicable policies and regulations What We're Looking For
- Law student or Master 2 Juridique (bac+5) with knowledge of compliance, ideally with first experience in a law firm or company in a similar role
- Committed, serious and rigorous, with a strong interest in ethics and compliance
- Real ability to analyze, synthesize, organize and adapt
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team player
- Professional English proficiency is essential
- Good command of office tools
