L’entreprise :

Vantive est une société, spécialisée dans les dispositifs biomédicaux pour les patients en insuffisance rénale. Le site de Meyzieu, en banlieue de Lyon (69), emploie environ 550 personnes et fabrique des dialyseurs et des sets de dialyse d’urgence pour les patients en insuffisance rénale. Le site est accessible par le réseau TCL (tram T3, arrêt Meyzieu Z.I)

Le service :

Le Support Qualité Produit / Procédé est garant du procédé de fabrication, de sa maîtrise et de ses évolutions. Il est rattaché à la direction des opérations et assure une partie de l’interface avec l’Assurance Qualité. L’équipe est constituée d’ingénieurs et techniciens, experts du procédé.

La mission :

Le stagiaire participera aux plans d’actions d’amélioration et aux activités de qualification/validation.

Il participera aux investigations visant à identifier les causes d’écarts aux spécifications du procédé. Il utilisera pour cela les outils d’analyse de problème du Lean Manufacturing. Il pourra mettre en œuvre les actions d’endiguement et de correction adaptées.

Il pourra également participer à des missions telles que la mise à jour d’analyses de risques et de documents qualité et procédé.

Une journée type :

Participation à la réunion quotidienne de management de la performance en atelier avec le superviseur de production, le correspondant technique (maintenance) et les méthodes.

Revue des indicateurs et définition des plans d’actions associé aux écarts identifiés.

Réalisation des actions : identification des causes racines des dysfonctionnements (techniques, humains ou organisationnels), analyses de risques (AMDEC), formations opérateurs…

Gestion d’un sujet « fil rouge » du stage qui sera présenté en fin de mission. Ces sujets permettent en général d’approfondir ses connaissances sur une étape particulière du procédé, afin d’en améliorer ses performances de manière significative, tout en prenant en compte les contraintes imposées par l’environnement interne et externe à l’entreprise.

Participation aux diverses tâches quotidiennes au sein du service.
