About the Role This is a 35-hour-per-week internship in our Paris Bastille store for the summer period (May–September 2026). You will deliver exceptional customer service, present and sell Dr Martens products, and support the store’s performance while following company procedures. What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure every visitor has a memorable experience
- Present and sell Dr Martens products in-store
- Strive to meet individual and collective targets and contribute to store performance
- Carry out operational tasks while respecting procedures: cashier, deliveries, inventories, restocking
- Apply safety and maintenance procedures to maintain a safe working environment What We're Looking For
- Strong customer focus and passion for the brand and fashion/lifestyle sales
- Good level of English to converse with international customers during the summer season
- Strong communication and ability to build good relationships with a diverse range of customers
- Ability to work well in a team
- Availability for the entire summer period
- Authenticity
