About the Role
Everlaw is seeking a Staff/Principal AI Engineer to design and execute our overall technical strategy for applying AI in our product, directly contributing to our vision of being the AI leader in legal discovery and litigation technology. AI is central to our product—not a bolt-on or afterthought—and represents a step-function advancement of our mission of promoting justice by illuminating truth. You will work to drive the work of a core squad of AI engineers, while providing technical guidance across the broader engineering organization. You’ll collaborate with a community of staff and principal engineers with expertise in databases and storage technologies, search, cloud infrastructure, full stack SaaS design, data science, and performance. You’ll have regular visibility to the CTO and other senior leaders.
