About NAM:
At NAM, we have a rich heritage as a leading oil and gas producer in the Netherlands. Following the divestment of most of our offshore assets, we are entering the next phase of our evolution. As of Q1 2027, NAM will operate as a non‑operated venture, with operational, process, and delivery lines no longer routed through the Shell operating model. While this marks a clear change in how we work, our commitment to excellence remains unwavering. NAM continues to play a key role in ensuring that onshore and offshore assets are managed in a safe and responsible manner through strong technical stewardship, governance, and oversight. In addition, we remain a frontrunner in the effective decommissioning of assets that have ceased production.
Our Agile operating model has helped us to transform our business model into one that delivers value in a resource-constrained and rapidly changing environment. Our Compass values — urgency, simplicity, unity, courage, and humility – guide us in creating a great and inclusive place to work. A place where everyone feels valued, have pride in the work they do, and enjoy the people they work with.
We aim to become one of the most diverse and inclusive organisations, a place where everyone feels valued, respected and a has strong sense of belonging. We therefore encourage anyone interested in this position to apply even if you don’t meet all the requirements and don’t let the fact that this position is posted as full time discourage you, as we are open to resource this position on a part time basis.
