Staff Software Engineer is responsible for leading the design and development of complex software systems. Champion best practices for code quality, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Proven experience as a Staff or Senior Software Engineer leading large-scale systems. Strong design, problem-solving, and system-thinking abilities. Experience mentoring engineers and leading code reviews. Ability to contribute to technical strategy, architecture, and roadmap discussions. Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
