About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Staff Software Engineer to independently drive the identification and delivery of complex software solutions on the Banking and Money Movement Team. You’ll own end-to-end delivery across multi-component systems and multi-milestone initiatives, taking full ownership of projects aligned to quarterly team goals, and act as a technical leader and trusted collaborator with cross-functional partners. What You'll Do

- Navigate ambiguous technical challenges with autonomy, defining the path forward where problems are not yet well-scoped.
- Partner with your team and cross-functional stakeholders to align on priorities and deliver high-impact outcomes in banking and money movement.
- Contribute to secure, efficient, and compliant solutions that meet regulatory standards and enhance user experiences in moving money. What We're Looking For
- Proven ability to deliver end-to-end software across multi-component systems and drive architecture decisions.
- Comfort working autonomously to navigate ambiguity and define a clear path forward for not-yet-scoped problems.
- Strong technical leadership and collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience or familiarity with financial services, payments, banking integrations, security, and regulatory considerations is a plus. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: CAD 156,800 - 196,000 per year.
- Bonus eligibility based on individual and company performance.
