About the Role Gibson Dunn is seeking a Staff Recruiter to oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for high-level requisitions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment and will effectively manage all stages from sourcing to onboarding. This role is based in one of our U.S. offices (Los Angeles, Century City, Orange County, San Francisco, or Palo Alto) and requires a proactive, collaborative, and process-driven approach. What You'll Do
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for senior-level roles across the firm
- Source, screen, interview, and coordinate offers with candidates and hiring teams
- Partner with practice groups and hiring managers to understand needs and craft effective search strategies
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top legal talent
- Ensure a smooth onboarding handoff and strong candidate experience What We're Looking For
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment with experience handling high-level requisitions
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders in a fast-paced professional services environment
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Ability to operate with a high level of professionalism and discretion in a law firm setting
