About the Role Volt is immediately hiring a Staff Program Controls Specialist in Kansas City, Missouri. The Staff Program Controls Specialist is responsible for scheduling, cost control, forecasting, risk management, and performance reporting. You will collaborate closely with project teams to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements while supporting client communications and proposal efforts. What You'll Do
- Assist with risk reviews, contract and change order management, procurement coordination, and site mobilization activities.
- Support project execution through cost and schedule reporting, cash flow tracking, documentation management, subcontractor compliance, materials coordination, and project closeout.
- Handle contract administration tasks (RFIs, submittals, claims mitigation), audits, staffing and labor support, and contribute to project execution plans. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field with 3+ years of project controls experience (or equivalent).
- Strong experience using Primavera P6, including project setup and configuration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- OSHA 10-hour certification. Nice to Have
- Experience in risk management and change order processes.
- Familiarity with procurement coordination and site mobilization activities. Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Range: $45 – $48 per hour.
