Job title: Staff Professional Demand Planner
About the Role Marvell is seeking a Staff Professional Demand Planner to join the Demand Planning team. This role drives accurate, data-informed forecasts that support operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth, and collaborates across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to influence executive decisions.
What You'll Do
- Drive adoption and improvement of ML-based forecasting models
- Analyze market trends, backlog, bookings, point-of-sales against historical trends to identify anomalies
- Publish and monitor supply chain KPIs
- Monitor demand plans vs. actuals to identify variance and drive actions
- Lead ad-hoc cross-functional projects with Finance, Sales and Product Marketing teams
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, data science, or related fields with 3-5 years of Demand Planning and/or Supply Chain experience, or Master's with 2-3 years
- Proficiency in MS Office; high proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI
- Preferred: Semiconductor industry experience
- Experience in using ML models and LLM for forecasting
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay: USD 86,780 - 130,000 per year
