Responsibilities
- Own the upgrade strategy: Define who should upgrade to Advanced and why, and own how that targeting and value story evolves as the customer base and product change. Drive insights through data, and sharpen messaging through data-backed understanding of the customer.
- Partner across Product and Product Growth teams: Work closely with Product Management and Product Growth to shape in-product prompts, offers, and flows, bringing the customer and market perspective into every decision that touches the upgrade path
- Define the upgrade narrative and value proposition: Own the positioning and value story, and partner with channel teams to bring that to life
- Lead with experimentation: Bring a strong bias toward testing and experimentation
Qualifications

BA/BS required, MBA preferred

8+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or a related customer-lifecycle role

Demonstrated experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ship improvements to the customer experience

Strong communication skills, with the ability to write clear, customer-facing messaging as well as align stakeholders internally

Comfort working in ambiguity, with a bias toward testing and iterating rather than waiting for a perfect plan

Fluent in a range of AI tools with demonstrable experience incorporating them into your workflow

- Mountain View 169,000 - 229,000
- New York 161,500- 218,500
- San Diego, CA 154,500- 209,000
- San Francisco Howard Street, CA 169,000- 229,000
