About the Role Wolfspeed is seeking a motivated and experienced Product Manager to oversee power semiconductor products. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in power semiconductor devices and power electronic systems, along with proven expertise in product lifecycle, roadmap strategy and P&L management. This role requires effective communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally and drive product success.
What You'll Do
- Manage power semiconductor products across the lifecycle from concept to retirement, defining new products and aligning them with market demands while ensuring profitability of the portfolio.
- Lead roadmap management and strategic prioritization of product development initiatives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis; apply insights to product strategy and portfolio management, including P&L oversight.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and deliver impactful presentations.
What We're Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
- Experience: 3 years in managing product lifecycle, developing roadmap strategy, and overseeing P&L management of power semiconductor products.
- Research Proficiency: Proficient in market research and competitive analysis.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles and collaboration skills across functions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication.
